MBAT Cease and Desist Letter to Investor

When the investor who sent MBAT and Brendon Jackson Jones $20,000.00 began going public about being defrauded, Brendon has attorney send a Cease and Desist letter making several claims. These defamatory claims would later be debunked by the Alabama Securities Commission after an investigation was concluded and a Consent Order was issued and signed by Brendon Jackson Jones agreeing that all their facts were true and correct.
