On June 22, 2023, Brendon Jackson Jones was sent an email by the investor to brendon@businessmakeoverllc.com requesting to terminate the Consulting and Transfer Agreement and requested for the principal amount of $20,000.00 to be returned. Brendon did not reply to the email; however, he replied within minutes via text message as seen below.
According to the below chat between Brendon and the investor, Brendon maintained the $20,000.00 sent to him by the investor March 08, 2023, was no longer in his custody and remained in a brokerage account and could be "squared away" when Traders Domain (now TruBlue) went live again. This contradicts what the Alabama Securities Commission found in their investigation from Master Business Alliance Trust's bank records. They found that the $20,000.00 funds sent to MBAT and Brendon were used for Brendon's personal debts and expenses. Brendon and MBAT never adhered to that which was written contractually. In fact, the contract was breached upon MBAT and Brendon receiving the funds as they were never used for any investments.
